On November 02, 2021, representatives of the Bologna Process and Academic Mobility Center took part in the Forum "REMOVING BARRIERS FOR TRANSNATIONAL EDUCATION", organized within the framework of the Intergovernmental Commission of Kazakhstan and the UK.

The forum was dedicated to the development of transnational education between Kazakhstan and the UK and was held with the participation of a wide range of stakeholders, who form the current thematic agenda. Among them, the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Ministry of International Trade of Great Britain, the British Council, the Association of Universities of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Association of Universities of Great Britain (UUKI), JSC Center for International Programs, universities of Kazakhstan and Great Britain, representatives of the expert community of the two countries on transnational education.

The Forum has become another dialogue platform for universities in Kazakhstan and the UK, which is designed to give a new impetus to further establishing ties, developing mutually beneficial cooperation in the field of transnational education - sharing experiences, implementing joint projects such as Creative Spark, Turing Scheme, introducing new technologies / innovations in the system. higher education, etc.

The results of the forum are integrated into the bilateral protocol of the IPC.
