History
The RSE REM "National Center for Higher Education Development" MSHE RK is a subordinate organization of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Kazakhstan signed the Bologna Declaration and became the 47th member of the Bologna process and the first Central Asian state recognized as a full member of the European higher education area.
Each state undertakes the commitments to execute mandatory, recommended and optional Bologna process parameters.
The Center was founded on 31 August 2012 to keep methodological, scientific, informational and analytical maintenance on the Bologna process implementation in the Republic of Kazakhstan at the national level.
The basis – The Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 7 December 2010 №1118 «On approval of the State program of education development of the Republic of Kazakhstan on 2011-2020».
