At the invitation of the Kazakh National University of Arts, the Bologna Process and Academic Mobility Center conducted a workshop on the University Quality Assurance System based on ESG. The participants are the academic & administrative staff of the University. 

The workshop was a venue for discussions on the design of learning outcomes of degree programs, the development of internal quality assurance system, education franchise, content and information access of the University’s website.
