Name of tasks and measures for their implementation

Task 1 – identify and cluster factors that have a direct and indirect impact on the quality of higher education.

Task 2 – conduct a cohort study of the current qualit.y level of the higher education system based on clustered influence factors.

Task 3 – develop a concept of quality assurance of higher education based on the analysis of domestic and foreign systems of quality assurance of higher education.

Task 4 – develop an improved national model of the quality assurance system of higher education, with a description of its characteristics as components of the expected level of quality of higher education.

Task 5 – to test the national model of the quality assurance system of higher education with the correlation between the expected and current levels of quality of higher education in Kazakhstan.

Task 6 - to develop methodological and regulatory documentation of the constructs of the national system of quality assurance of higher education for the implementation of research results at the national and institutional levels.

Task 7 - modernize the Register of educational programs of higher and postgraduate education as one of the key factors in ensuring the quality of higher education

Task 8 - develop a methodological concept for embedding an applied bachelor's degree in the higher education system based on a competence-based approach and orientation to learning outcomes

Task 9 - develop normative and methodological support for the system of post-secondary education as part of the higher education system, including the organization of the educational process, the development of educational programs of applied bachelor's degree, etc.

Task 10 –test experimentally the model of applied bachelor's degree development and the technology of its integration as a short cycle into the higher education system 2024 year
