Scope of work
1) effective implementation of complex projects that require systemic changes in the field of science and higher education, coordination of stakeholders with different levels of participation in the project, the type of organization and sources of funding;
2) conceptual support for projects of the Ministry;
3) development of algorithms and mechanisms for connecting universities and other subordinate organizations to project implementation;
4) accumulation and improvement of the quality of transfer of knowledge on project management.
